                               RESOLUTION NO. 19182
                  
                  
                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR OR THE
                   ADMINISTRATOR OF THE DEPARTMENT OF ECONOMIC
                   AND COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT TO EXECUTE AN
                   AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF CHATTANOOGA
                   AND THE COUNTY OF HAMILTON FOR A PUBLIC
                   WORKS PROJECT UNDER THE PROVISIONS OF
                   TENNESSEE CODE ANNOTATED A79-21-101 FOR THE
                   CONSTRUCTION OF A RAILROAD SPUR LINE ON
                   PROPERTY OWNED BY THE COUNTY OF HAMILTON.
                  
                  
                                                    
                  
                  
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That the Mayor or the Administrator of 
the
       Department of Economic and Community Development be and are 
hereby
       authorized to execute an agreement between the City of 
Chattanooga
       and the County of Hamilton for a Public Works project under the
       provisions of Tennessee Code Annotated A79-21-101 et.seq. for 
the
       construction of a railroad spur line on property owned by the
       County of Hamilton, said spur line to be used to assist JIT
       Terminal, Inc. with its business expansion.
